
Store Policies
If something is wrong with your order, we want to know. Email us (store@devachansalon.com) for a return authorization. Please include your name or the name of the recipient, the order number and date of purchase (both can be found on the Sales Receipt/Packing List enclosed in the box.) We will get back to you with instructions on how to complete the return or exchange.
UNOPENED items in NEW condition may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days of receipt. Of course we will gladly pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. To maintain product integrity, we cannot accept returns after 15 days. Orders with Standard Shipping will be refunded minus our full shipping cost. Orders with NO Returns Agreement shipping will not be refunded. Of course we will gladly pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

DevachanSalon.com ships only to adresses within the continental ("lower 48") United States. All packages are shipped UPS Ground. You will receive your products within seven business days from the date your order is processed.
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of the time you place your order. Orders placed after 4:00pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Regular orders placed within the continental United States will be charged a $6.00 shipping fee.
Orders that require expedited service will be charged standard UPS shipping charges for delivery to that zone plus a two dollar handling fee.
UPS attempts to deliver packages three times within three consecutive business days. After three delivery attempts, UPS will send you a postcard with instructions to receive your package. They will hold your package for seven business days. If UPS does not receive a response from you they will return the package to DevaConcepts.
Typically, UPS requires a signature when the package is delivered. If you would like to request that UPS leave the package without a signature, please make a note of this on the shipping information page of this website. There is a "comments" field at the bottom of the page for you.
Please note that it is up to the discretion of the driver whether or not she/he feels it is safe to leave the package without a signature.
